Return/Exchange Policy

 

We are so bummed your purchase didn't work out for you! You have 3 days from when your order was purchased/delivered to return for store credit, in the form of a gift card.  Any and all “return items” are subject to a 40% restocking fee, and return label is responsibility of the customer. We are sorry, but no price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Returns past the 3 day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Since we offer discounted/free shipping, return and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your full name, and address with your return and email us at Shopbohemianpeach@gmail.com

IF you have been sent an invoice from us, but did not purchase directly through shopify click site, shipping, taxes and fees have been edited and included in your invoice, as well as updated on the particular item. THe return process is the same. 

Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving.

 

What can be returned?

  • Non preorder Items that are UNWORN, Unwashed and have original tags attached.
  • Items free of perfume, animal hair, deodorant, make-up.
  • Regular priced items 
  • Laser worked items

Original receipt/order number is required for all returns and exchanges! Please also include the ship name, and shipping address the item was shipped to. 

What cannot be returned?

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • Items with any animal hair, deodorant, make-up staining.
  • Items that smell of smoke, perfume.
  • Jewelry and Accessories
  • Bodysuits, Undergarments 
  • Hides & Skins
  • Sale Items
  • Leather  Bags/lLuggage
  • Seasonal items. (holiday)
  • Any pre order item


Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged IF the item requested is in stock. If the item you are requesting is out of stock, a store credit will be issued. Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card AFTER your item is received and inspected, your store credit is good for use for 30 days. Because we offer free shipping, return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Thank you for understanding that as a small business we are unable to ship multiple times at our expense. It is important to follow size guide measurements for accurate fitting. 

Hand made items, such as laser works, leather, such as bags may have flaws, and are not subject for return. Please reach out if the flaws cause issues with function of the item.

 Hides and skins larger than 5x5 cannot be engraved center due to size of our machine. If the item is larger than 5x5, we will choose the area on the hide that will show your laser engraving best. Please email us if you prefer the engraving be in a certain area of your hide. These items are non-returnable. 

Broken or damaged items would include, holes, rips, or runs, clasps or zipper hardware that does not work properly. 

ALL items are inspected, and video taken prior to shipment/during shipment. If your shipment has arrived damaged, you will need to reach out to UPS, or USPS for your claim. 

Returns are processed every 3-5 days.

We will issue store credit for returned items minus shipping and handling fees once returns are processed. All returned items are subject to a 40% restocking fee!

Double check your shipping address! If you have entered the wrong shipping address contact us Immediately!

 

***We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit. If for some reason your package is lost while in transit to you, you MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. 

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
